After each completed ride, passengers receive a postcard or an e-postcard called a Note. Each Note includes a unique discount code that can be applied to your next ride:

• Eighth Note – 12.5% off
• Quarter Note – 25% off
• Half Note – 50% off

As you continue riding with Satchmo Taxi, your rewards add up. After your 10th completed ride, you’ll receive a Whole Note (100% off) via email—our way of celebrating your loyalty. This milestone unlocks Encore Status, which includes a free ride on us (up to 15 miles one way).

Once you’ve earned Encore Status, you can choose how to use your reward:

• Apply your free ride to your next trip, or
• Convert your Encore credit into a $20 one-time donation that we donate on your behalf to support the S.O.N.G. Fund, helping provide emergency transportation to neighbors in need.
